I asked myself last year what publishing meant to me and why the topic was a recurring motive for me for the past decades. It led me to pick a subject to look at which turned out to be mental health because I was attending late 2021 a seminar about how work affects it. Remember, it was just past-Covid. The list of questions below shows how my investigation evolved and what turns it took to look at how to measure health in general, not only mental health, and to try to find factors that influence emotional and mental well-being.
Towards the end of the year, I had a bunch of metrics, graphs, an Oura ring to track my sleep and heart rate, drawings of gardens that show my daily state of being, support from my family, friends, coach, and AI, and even more questions!
